利用規約
ゴルフ練シミュレーション（以下「本アプリ」）／ 最終更新日: 2026年7月31日
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本アプリの提供条件および本アプリの利用に関する開発者と利用者との間の
権利義務関係を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより
本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（本アプリの内容）
本アプリは、練習場等で実際に打ったショットの結果を利用者が入力し、
その内容に基づいて仮想のゴルフコース上でボールの挙動を再現する
シミュレーションアプリです。
本アプリが表示する飛距離・弾道・スコアは、入力された値と本アプリ独自の
計算モデルに基づく推定値です。実際のゴルフ場でのプレー結果、
コース戦略の妥当性、技量の向上を保証するものではありません。
第3条（アカウント）
本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は必要ありません。記録は利用者の端末内、
および利用者が設定した場合は利用者自身のiCloudに保存されます。
第4条（有料サービス）
本アプリでは、以下の有料サービスを提供します。

自動更新サブスクリプションについて
- 料金および期間は、購入時にApp Store上で表示される内容によります。
- 期間終了の24時間前までに解約されない場合、同一の期間・料金で自動更新されます。
- 更新料金は、期間終了前の24時間以内にApple IDに請求されます。
- 解約は、iOSの「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」からいつでも行えます。
- 解約しても、購入済みの期間が終了するまではご利用いただけます。
1ラウンド券・ハーフ券について
- 券は購入した時点で付与され、ラウンドを開始した時点で1枚消費されます。
- 中断したラウンドを再開する場合、追加の券は消費されません。
- 券は使い切りであり、自動更新はされません。
- 券では練習モードはご利用いただけません（有料プランでのみご利用いただけます）。
支払い・返金
すべての決済はApple App Storeを通じて行われ、料金はApple IDに請求されます。
購入の取り消しおよび返金は、Appleの定めるところによります。開発者は
個別の返金対応を行うことができません。
第5条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング
- 不正な手段により有料機能を利用する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為
第6条（知的財産権）
本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるコース、プログラム、画像、文章等に関する
著作権その他の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。本規約は、これらの権利を
利用者に移転するものではありません。
第7条（免責事項）

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に
適合すること、期待する結果が得られること、および不具合が生じないことを
保証しません。

本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことにより利用者に生じた損害について、
開発者は責任を負いません。ただし、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合は
この限りではありません。

練習場等での実際のスイングに起因する負傷、物損、第三者とのトラブルについて、
開発者は責任を負いません。周囲の安全を確認のうえご利用ください。

端末の故障、紛失、機種変更、アプリの削除等によるデータの消失について、
開発者は責任を負いません。バックアップ機能のご利用をおすすめします。
第8条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）
開発者は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の中断または終了を
行うことができます。ただし、有料サービスの提供を終了する場合は、
可能な範囲で事前に周知するよう努めます。
第9条（本規約の変更）
開発者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することができます。
変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
第10条（準拠法）
本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠します。

Golf Practice Simulator ("the App") / Last updated: 31 July 2026
1. Scope
These Terms govern the provision and use of the App. By using the App you are
deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. What the App does
The App is a simulator: you enter the result of a shot you actually hit at a
driving range, and the App reproduces the ball's behaviour on a virtual golf
course.
Distances, ball flight and scores shown by the App are estimates
based on the values you enter and the App's own model. They do not guarantee
your results on a real course, the soundness of any course strategy, or any
improvement in your play.
3. Accounts
No account is required. Records are stored on your device and, if you choose,
in your own iCloud.

Auto-renewing subscription
- Price and duration are those shown on the App Store at the time of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Tickets
- A ticket is granted on purchase and consumed when you start a round.
- Resuming a paused round does not consume another ticket.
- Tickets are single-use and do not renew.
- Tickets do not cover practice mode, which requires the paid plan.
Payment and refunds
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and charged to your
Apple ID. Cancellations and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. The
developer cannot process refunds individually.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Acts that violate law or public order
- Copying, modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the App
- Obtaining paid features by improper means
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Any other act the developer reasonably considers inappropriate
6. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and its courses,
programs, images and text belong to the developer. These Terms do not transfer
any of those rights to you.
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is". The developer does not warrant that it will suit any particular purpose, produce any expected result, or be free of defects.
- The developer is not liable for damage arising from use or inability to use the App, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
- The developer is not liable for injury, property damage or disputes arising from your actual swings at a practice range. Please check that your surroundings are safe.
- The developer is not liable for loss of data caused by device failure, loss, replacement or deletion of the App. Using the backup feature is recommended.
8. Changes to the service
The developer may change, suspend or discontinue the App without prior notice.
Where paid services are discontinued, the developer will endeavour to give
advance notice as far as reasonably possible.
9. Changes to these Terms
The developer may revise these Terms. Revised Terms take effect when posted on
this page.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
