本アプリは、練習場で実際に打ったショットの結果を入力すると、その内容に沿って バーチャルコース上でボールが飛ぶゴルフシミュレーターです。本ポリシーは、 本アプリにおける利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの個人を直接特定する情報を 求めません。アカウント登録も不要です。
本アプリは、位置情報、連絡先、カメラ、マイク、写真、ヘルスケアデータの いずれも取得しません。
分析タブのコメント生成は、iOS 26 以降の端末では Apple の オンデバイス基盤モデル（Foundation Models）を用いて端末内で処理されます。 これに対応していない端末では、あらかじめ用意した文面をスコアに応じて 組み立てて表示します。いずれの場合も、記録が外部のAIサービスへ 送信されることはありません。
無料でご利用の場合、Google LLC が提供する Google AdMob による広告を表示します。 AdMob は広告の配信および成果測定のために、広告識別子や利用状況に関する情報を 取得することがあります。取り扱いの詳細は Google のポリシーをご確認ください。
iOS の「トラッキングを許可」ダイアログで許可しなかった場合、 パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。許可の有無にかかわらず、 本アプリの機能はすべてご利用いただけます。設定は、iOS の 「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
有料プラン（サブスクリプション）をご利用の間は、広告は表示されません。
サブスクリプションおよび1ラウンド券の決済は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。 クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は Apple が取り扱い、開発者がこれを受け取ることはありません。
設定画面でバックアップを有効にすると、ラウンド記録が Apple の iCloud（キーバリューストア）に保存され、同じ Apple ID の端末間で 引き継げるようになります。保存先はお客様ご自身の iCloud であり、 開発者がその内容を参照することはできません。この機能は任意であり、 使用しなくても本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます。
開発者は、利用者の情報を保有していないため、第三者に提供することはありません。 広告配信に伴う情報の取得については、前記「4. 広告について」をご参照ください。
本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内に保存された記録・設定はすべて削除されます。 iCloud に保存したバックアップは、iOS の 「設定 > Apple ID > iCloud」から本アプリのデータを削除することで消去できます。
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としたサービスではありません。
法令の変更や機能の追加に伴い、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。 重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページにて周知します。

The App is a golf simulator: you enter the result of a shot you actually hit at a driving range, and the ball flies accordingly on a virtual course. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

The App does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address, and no account is required.
The App does not access location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or health data.
On iOS 26 and later, the commentary in the Analysis tab is generated on device using Apple's on-device Foundation Models. On earlier versions, prepared text is assembled according to your scores. In neither case are your records sent to an external AI service.
If you use the App for free, it shows ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. AdMob may obtain your advertising identifier and usage information in order to serve and measure ads. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.
If you decline the iOS tracking prompt, you will see non-personalised ads. All features of the App remain available either way. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. No ads are shown while you have an active paid subscription.
Subscriptions and round tickets are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Apple and are never received by the developer.
When you enable backup in Settings, your round records are saved to Apple's iCloud key-value store so they can be carried between devices signed in to the same Apple ID. This is your own iCloud; the developer cannot access its contents. The feature is optional.
The developer does not hold your information and therefore does not share it. For information obtained in connection with advertising, see section 4.
Deleting the App from your device removes all records and settings stored on it. Data kept in iCloud can be removed from iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
This policy may be revised as the App changes or as required by law. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
