本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、PDF Scanfolio（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. ライセンス

開発者は、本規約に従うことを条件に、お客様に対し、お客様が所有または管理する Apple 製デバイス上で本アプリを利用する、非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能なライセンスを付与します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、再販売はできません。

2. Apple の標準EULAの適用

本アプリは Apple App Store を通じて配信されます。本規約に定めのない事項については、Apple の「ライセンス済みアプリケーションエンドユーザ使用許諾契約（標準EULA）」（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と標準EULAが矛盾する場合、お客様に有利な条項が優先されます。

3. サブスクリプション（自動更新）

PDF Scanfolio Pro は、月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションです。
お支払いは、購入確定時にお客様の Apple ID アカウントに請求されます。
現在の期間の終了の24時間以上前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新され、更新分が請求されます。
サブスクリプションの管理・自動更新の解除は、購入後に端末の「設定」→ Apple ID →「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
価格は App Store 上の表示に従い、地域により異なります。

4. 課金と返金

アプリ内課金の決済・返金は Apple の規約およびポリシーに従います。返金のご要望は Apple（App Store）へお問い合わせください。

5. 適切な利用

お客様は、法令に違反する目的、または第三者の権利を侵害する目的で本アプリを利用してはなりません。本アプリで扱う書類の内容について、その適法性・正確性・管理はお客様の責任となります。

6. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性、正確性、中断のない動作を保証するものではありません。OCR・自動命名・自動分類などの機能は最善を尽くしていますが、結果の正確性を保証しません。重要な書類は必ず原本を保管してください。

7. 責任の制限

適用法令が許容する範囲において、開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる直接的・間接的・付随的・結果的損害（データの損失を含む）についても責任を負いません。

8. 本規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

9. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PDF Scanfolio ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, the developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App.

2. Apple's Standard EULA

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. For matters not covered by these Terms, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the terms more favorable to you prevail.

3. Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

PDF Scanfolio Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically, and you are charged for the renewal, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew after purchase in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Prices are shown on the App Store and vary by region.

4. Billing and refunds

Payment and refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Apple's terms and policies. Please direct refund requests to Apple (the App Store).

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and management of the content of the documents you handle in the App.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Features such as OCR, auto-naming, and classification do their best but do not guarantee accurate results. Always keep the originals of important documents.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

The developer may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
