Q. スキャンした書類はどこかに送信されますか？
いいえ。スキャン画像も OCR で読み取ったテキストも、すべてお使いの端末内でのみ処理・保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。オフラインでも全機能をご利用いただけます。
Q. 書類を検索できないことがあります。
全文検索は OCR で読み取れた文字が対象です。手書きや不鮮明な書類、対応言語（日本語・英語）以外は認識されない場合があります。明るい場所で、書類全体がはっきり写るように撮影してください。
Q. Pro（サブスクリプション）を購入したのに機能が有効になりません。
ネットワークに接続した状態で、アプリ内のペイウォール画面の「購入を復元」をお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は上記メールまでご連絡ください。
Q. サブスクリプションを解約したいです。
iPhone/iPad の「設定」→ ご自身の Apple ID →「サブスクリプション」から、いつでも管理・解約できます。
Q. データのバックアップはできますか？
書類は端末内に保存され、端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップ等）に含まれます。重要な書類は Pro の PDF 書き出し機能で別途保存することをおすすめします。

Q. Are my scanned documents uploaded anywhere?
No. Both the scanned images and the text recognized by OCR are processed and stored entirely on your device and are never sent to any server. Every feature works offline.
Q. Some documents don't show up in search.
Full-text search covers text that OCR could recognize. Handwriting, blurry scans, or languages other than the supported ones (English & Japanese) may not be recognized. Scan in good lighting with the whole document clearly in frame.
Q. I purchased Pro but the features aren't unlocked.
While connected to the internet, tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. If that doesn't help, email us at the address above.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, where you can manage or cancel anytime.
Q. Can I back up my data?
Documents are stored on your device and are included in your device backup (e.g. iCloud Backup). For important documents, we recommend also exporting a PDF with the Pro export feature.
