Overview

Flick Shortcut (“the App”) is a custom keyboard application for iOS. This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is used.

Data We Do Not Collect

• Keystrokes are never recorded or transmitted. The keyboard extension does not log, store, or send any text you type.
• No personal information (name, email, location, etc.) is collected.
• No data is sent to any external server.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data only on your device using iOS App Groups:

• Shortcut keys and their text content (created by you)
• Usage statistics: total characters inserted, daily usage count, usage streak
• App settings: selected theme, onboarding completion status
• Pro subscription status (managed by Apple)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Full Access (Keyboard Extension)

The App requests Full Access to enable usage statistics to sync between the keyboard extension and the main app. Full Access is optional — basic keyboard functionality works without it.

Even with Full Access enabled, the App does not access your network activity, contacts, location, or any other sensitive data.

Subscription (Pro)

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment information. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

フリックショートカット（以下「本アプリ」）はiOS向けカスタムキーボードアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが扱うデータとその用途を説明します。

収集しないデータ

• キー入力の記録・送信は一切行いません。 キーボード拡張機能は、入力されたテキストを記録・保存・送信しません。
• 氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報は収集しません。
• 外部サーバーへのデータ送信は行いません。

デバイス内に保存されるデータ

本アプリは以下のデータを お使いのデバイス内のみ に保存します（iOS App Groupsを使用）：

• ショートカットキーとそのテキスト内容（ユーザーが作成したもの）
• 使用統計：総入力文字数、日別使用回数、連続使用日数
• アプリ設定：テーマ選択、オンボーディング完了状態
• Proサブスクリプション状態（Appleによって管理）

これらのデータはデバイス外に送信されることはなく、開発者がアクセスすることもできません。

フルアクセスについて

本アプリはキーボード拡張機能とメインアプリ間で使用統計を同期するためにフルアクセスを要求します。フルアクセスは任意であり、有効にしなくても基本的なキーボード機能は使用できます。

フルアクセスを有効にした場合でも、本アプリはネットワーク通信、連絡先、位置情報、その他の機密データには一切アクセスしません。

サブスクリプション（Pro）

購入処理はAppleのStoreKitによって管理されます。当開発者は支払い情報の収集・保存を行いません。詳細はAppleのプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
