じぶん単価管理
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、じぶん単価管理（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
開発者は、本規約に従うことを条件に、お客様に対し、お客様が所有または管理する Apple 製デバイス上で本アプリを利用する、非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能なライセンスを付与します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、再販売はできません。
本アプリは Apple App Store を通じて配信されます。本規約に定めのない事項については、Apple の「ライセンス済みアプリケーションエンドユーザ使用許諾契約（標準EULA）」（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と標準EULAが矛盾する場合、お客様に有利な条項が優先されます。
アプリ内課金の決済・返金は Apple の規約およびポリシーに従います。返金のご要望は Apple（App Store）へお問い合わせください。
お客様は、法令に違反する目的で本アプリを利用してはなりません。本アプリが算出する実質時給・予測・集計などの数値はあくまで参考情報であり、税務・会計・法務・投資に関する助言ではありません。確定申告その他の目的でご利用の際は、必ずご自身で内容をご確認ください。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性、正確性、中断のない動作を保証するものではありません。計算・予測・自動集計などの機能は最善を尽くしていますが、結果の正確性を保証しません。重要な記録はご自身でも管理・バックアップしてください。
適用法令が許容する範囲において、開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる直接的・間接的・付随的・結果的損害（データの損失を含む）についても責任を負いません。
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of MyUnitPrice ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, the developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. For matters not covered by these Terms, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the terms more favorable to you prevail.
Payment and refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Apple's terms and policies. Please direct refund requests to Apple (the App Store).
You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose. Figures produced by the App, such as effective hourly rates, projections, and summaries, are for reference only and do not constitute tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice. Always verify the information yourself when using it for tax filing or other purposes.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Features such as calculations, projections, and automatic aggregation do their best but do not guarantee accurate results. Please also manage and back up important records yourself.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
